As a passionate and driven leader, I believe a genuine care for
people is not only the most noble posture for a creative, it’s also
the most effective. In the past 10 years, I held numerous in-house
roles on creative teams, freelanced as a designer, and toured as a
songwriter and guitarist, but a humble approach to the creative
process has been a constant. By prioritizing the latest trends and
the client’s vision over personal taste and always remaining hungry
to learn, I have been fortunate to stay relevant through an array of
industries.
I built my diverse skillset through the eight years I spent working
my way up from intern to creative director at one of the largest
churches in the greater Seattle area. Through this experience, I’ve
developed the ability to make quick decisions, execute well under
pressure, communicate effectively with both left- and right-brain
thinkers, and (perhaps most importantly) keep team morale high.
